A fighters’ Archive is a public artwork commemorating the black women’s movement in Brixton, London during the 1970s and 80s. The artwork is conceived and produced by artist Wijnand de Jonge.
I designed the website and the informational brochure to help attract support for the artwork, ‘A Fighter’s Archive’, which chronicles the black women’s movement in the Brixton neighbourhood of London during the 1970s and 1980s. The website and brochure provides background information about the artwork, artist, and the women who collaborated on the project.
At the moment the work is in production and has received a grand of the British art Council.
